Preamble
Joining Islania Holistics is not just about creating a profile: it is entering a community that shares a certain idea of care. Slán, the Celtic root of our name, designates a health understood as reunification with oneself. Our role, for all of us, is to accompany this return — never to substitute ourselves for it.
This charter describes the commitments every practitioner takes on by joining the platform. They are non-negotiable: they are the very reason for our audition and the foundation of the trust we offer to the people accompanied.
Our commitments
Every word, every gesture is carried by an intention of love and growth. The message of a healing or guidance is always delivered in light — never in fear, judgement or fatality. We can say things as they are — always with gentleness and discernment.
What is lived within an accompaniment stays within that space. The practitioner holds absolute confidentiality over the identity, confidences and experience of the people they accompany. The trust placed in them is sacred.
A right accompaniment leaves the one receiving it more free than before — never dependent on a practitioner. Our role is not to create a need, but to make each person an actor of their own path. The practitioner always aims for the person's autonomy, not their loyalty.
In guidance as in divination, nothing is set in stone. A reading is an energetic snapshot at a given moment: it reveals tendencies and potentials, never an imposed destiny. The practitioner always reminds that each one keeps their power of choice and transformation, and that no reading condemns anyone to anything.
The practitioner is a channel and a mirror, in the service of the other's consciousness — not an authority that decrees. They translate what they perceive in neutrality and respect, without projecting their ego, their power or their opinions. They do not deliver verdicts: they accompany a revelation and invite the person to recognise their own truth.
No energy or intuitive work is performed on a person without their clear agreement. The practitioner gathers consent before acting, and respects any refusal, any hesitation, any need to defer.
The audition process
Entry into Islania Holistics happens through an audition. We do not only verify technical competence: we make sure the practitioner embodies the commitments above.
Concretely, the audition evaluates:
- the posture of accompaniment: leaving the other person free, rather than directing or creating dependency.
- benevolence and discernment in transmitting messages.
- respect for confidentiality and consent.
- sincerity and rigour of the practice offered.
A practitioner who accompanies a revelation rather than imposes a verdict, who illuminates without directing, has their place among us.
