Terms of the "Prana" Loyalty and Referral Program

The Prana program is a loyalty program offered free of charge by Islania Holistics ("the Platform"). These terms govern its operation and supplement the Terms of Use.

1. Nature of the Program

The Prana program allows Users to accumulate "Prana" points as a reward for certain actions, and then to convert them into credit usable on the Platform.

Prana points and the associated credit have no monetary value outside the Platform. They do not constitute electronic money, and can be neither withdrawn in cash, nor refunded, nor assigned or transferred to a third party. They may only be used to pay, in whole or in part, for services offered on the Platform (care, appointments, training courses).

2. How to Earn Prana

Points may be awarded in particular for: making purchases, publishing testimonials, referring new Users, and helpful votes on the forums. The award scale is indicated on the Platform and may change.

3. Conversion and Use of Credit ("wallet")

Prana points may be converted into credit according to the scale in force, for guidance 1000 Prana = €40 of credit. This credit is added to the User's "wallet" and automatically deducted, at their choice, when making a payment on the Platform.

The credit:

  • is strictly personal and non-transferable;
  • is not refundable and cannot be converted into money;
  • may be subject to a validity period (points inactive for [12 / 24] months may expire — to be defined);
  • is applied as a priority according to the rules displayed at the time of payment.

4. Referral

The User may share a personal referral code. A bonus may be awarded to the referrer and/or the referred person when the referred person, a new User, makes a first eligible order, under the conditions indicated on the Platform.

The following are notably excluded: self-referral, the creation of multiple accounts, the use of codes for commercial or fraudulent purposes. Any abuse results in the cancellation of the bonuses and may justify the suspension of the account.

5. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes may be offered occasionally. Unless otherwise stated, only one code is applicable per transaction, they are not cumulative with other offers, are non-refundable and valid for a limited period.

6. Taxation

The benefits of the program are commercial discounts without cash consideration. It is the User's responsibility, where applicable, to declare any benefit according to their situation.

7. Amendment and End of the Program

The Platform may amend the scale, the conversion terms or end the program, subject to informing Users and while preserving acquired rights to a reasonable extent. In the event of closure of the account or the program, unused credit is lost, unless otherwise provided by law.

8. Fraud

In the event of fraud, abuse or breach of these terms or the Terms of Use, the Platform may cancel the points and credit concerned and suspend access to the program.
