Consent to the Recording and Publication of a Testimonial

1. Purpose

Islania Holistics allows you to record a video testimonial (of a maximum duration of 60 seconds) at the end of a session or a training course, in order to share your experience.

2. Voluntary Nature

The recording of a testimonial is entirely optional. You may choose not to record one, without any consequence for your access to the services.

3. Visibility: Public or Private

Before publication, you choose the visibility of your testimonial:

  • Private: visible only to the practitioner concerned;
  • Public: liable to be displayed on the "Testimonials" page of the Platform and on the profile of the practitioner concerned.

You may re-record your testimonial before submitting it.

3bis. External sharing by the practitioner (optional)

If you make your testimonial public (see §3), you may — as a complementary and fully optional step — authorise the practitioner concerned to download your testimonial and redistribute it on their own communication channels (social networks, personal website, marketing materials outside Islania), under the same terms (free, non-exclusive, revocable).

This additional authorisation is subject to a separate checkbox in the pop-up (see Art. 6) and is never assumed: without it, the testimonial remains visible on Islania but cannot be exploited outside the Platform by the practitioner.

4. Image Rights and Licence

By choosing to publish a testimonial, you authorise Islania Holistics to host, reproduce and distribute your testimonial (image, voice, statements) on the Platform, solely for the purpose of presenting the services, on a free and non-exclusive basis, for the duration of publication.

This authorisation is revocable: you may at any time request the withdrawal and deletion of your testimonial (see Art. 5).

5. Withdrawal and Deletion

You may withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your testimonial at any time via your account or at contact@islaniaholistics.com. The testimonial is then withdrawn from distribution as soon as possible.

6. Your Warranties and Consents (checkboxes in the pop-up)

  • ☐ I accept the recording of my testimonial and I confirm that it contains no unlawful content or image/voice of third parties without their agreement. (mandatory)
  • ☐ In the event of a "public" choice, I authorise the distribution of my testimonial on the Platform and the practitioner's profile, on a free and revocable basis (image rights). (mandatory if public)
  • ☐ I further authorise the practitioner concerned to download and redistribute my testimonial on their own channels (social networks, personal website, marketing materials). (optional — only if the testimonial is public)

7. Personal Data

The processing of your testimonial is governed by the Privacy Policy. A testimonial may contain data concerning you, including wellness data; share only what you wish to make visible.

8. Minors

The recording of a testimonial by a minor requires the consent of the holder of parental authority.
