Islania Holistics Practitioner Charter

Last updated: 20/07/2026

This charter forms an integral part of the Practitioner Collaboration Agreement. Its acceptance is a condition of registration on the Platform. It formalises the ethical commitments presented in the "Our commitments" section of the site.

By joining Islania Holistics, each practitioner adheres to the following commitments, guarantees of quality, seriousness and safety for the Users.

1. The Six Fundamental Commitments

1. Benevolence. Every word and every gesture is guided by an intention of respect, support and growth of the person being accompanied.

2. Confidentiality. The practitioner observes absolute discretion regarding the identity of the Users, their confidences and their experiences, in compliance with the applicable professional secrecy.

3. User autonomy. The practitioner accompanies the person towards autonomy and emancipation. They refrain from creating dependency or fostering a loyalty contrary to the person's interest.

4. Respect for free will. Any reading or perception is a "snapshot" at a given moment; it never determines a fixed destiny. The practitioner respects the User's freedom of choice.

5. Support, not authority. The practitioner positions themselves as a channel and a mirror: they offer a perspective without imposing a verdict or projecting their personal opinions.

6. Informed consent. No energetic, intuitive or wellness work is undertaken without the explicit and informed agreement of the User.

2. Professional and Legal Commitments

The practitioner further undertakes to:

  • operate in compliance with the legislation applicable to their activity and with their business status (legal registration, e.g. BCE in Belgium / SIRET in France, VAT, insurance);
  • hold the required qualifications, training and insurance and to provide proof thereof;
  • not to substitute themselves for a healthcare professional, make no medical diagnosis and promise no cure (see the Health Disclaimer);
  • provide accurate information on their services and prices;
  • respect Users, other practitioners and the Platform's rules (including forum moderation);
  • honour appointment commitments: cancel sparingly, notify as early as possible, and prefer rescheduling to cancellation. A Client who has blocked their time deserves a Practitioner who blocks theirs. The Platform accompanies legitimate unforeseen events (3 free cancellations sliding over 30 days) but applies a flat admin fee beyond that, in order to cover the 100 % refund to the Client and the associated administrative time;
  • use the internal messaging system with care: personalised appointment proposals offered in the chat are a privilege granted by the Platform to smooth the relationship. They must meet the same standards of seriousness as a public appointment (fair pricing, declared workplace for in-person, reasonable notice). No transaction outside the Platform is permitted for appointments initiated via our tools.

3. Audition and Selection

Each practitioner is subject to a prior audition before being authorised to register. This evaluation covers in particular:

  • the support posture (favouring freedom rather than directing);
  • compassion and discernment in conveying messages;
  • respect for confidentiality and consent;
  • the sincerity and rigour of the practice.

The Platform reserves the right to accept, refuse or terminate the listing of a practitioner in the event of non-compliance with this charter.

4. Breaches

Any breach of this charter may result in a warning, the suspension or the delisting of the practitioner, depending on the seriousness, in accordance with the Practitioner Collaboration Agreement. Serious breaches (impairment of a User's safety or dignity, unlawful practice, breach of confidentiality) may justify immediate exclusion.
