Terms of Sale – Training Courses (e-learning)

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of online training courses (e-learning) offered via the Islania Holistics platform by Virginie Thirion and/or by the partner Practitioners. They supplement the Terms of Use and the Legal Notice.

2. The Training Course

Each training course is described on its page (content, objectives, estimated duration, price, access terms). Training courses may include: interactive HTML content, subtitled videos, audio/multilingual text-to-speech, interactive table of contents, chapters, end-of-chapter quizzes, note-taking/annotations, an AI-based assistant, access to a dedicated forum (access to certain discussion threads of which may be conditional upon your progress), and a completion certificate at the end of the course.

Access to the forum is subject to the rules of use set out in the Terms of Use (section "Training Forums"). The practitioner who authored the training course is its moderator.

Important — certificates. Upon successful completion of all modules of a training, a nominative completion certificate is generated automatically (it attests that you have gone through the training and passed the assessments). Some authors may, at their sole discretion and according to the specific conditions of their training, manually issue a teaching-aptitude certificate attesting your aptitude to teach the method concerned within the framework of the Platform; such issuance is not automatic and generally implies an additional path (mentoring, supervision). None of these certificates is a diploma or an officially recognised qualification by the State or a professional body, unless explicitly stated otherwise, and none confers a right to a regulated practice.

3. Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT (TTC). Payment is made online via our secure payment provider (bank card) and/or by means of your Prana "wallet" credit. A promotional code may be applied under the conditions of the Prana program (one code per transaction, non-cumulative unless otherwise stated). Access to the training course is unlocked after confirmation of payment.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Access to Digital Content

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (digital content), the consumer is in principle entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period.

However, for digital content supplied immediately, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to waive your right of withdrawal as soon as access to the content is opened. By ticking the corresponding box and accessing the training course, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content has been made accessible.

If you do not access the content, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies and the refund is made within 14 days.

5. Access Period

Unless otherwise indicated on the page, access to the training course is unlimited in time from the date of purchase. The Platform endeavours to keep the content available but may update or withdraw it, while preserving reasonable access to training courses already purchased.

6. AI-Generated Content

Certain elements (subtitles, text-to-speech, translations, quizzes, chaptering, assistant) are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute personalised professional advice. The AI assistant does not replace human support.

7. Intellectual Property

The training courses and their content are protected. The purchase confers a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of access. It is prohibited to download (except through the features provided), copy, share, resell or distribute the content. Your personal notes and annotations belong to you.

8. Account and Security

Access is strictly personal. The sharing of login credentials is prohibited and may result in the suspension of access without refund.

9. Technical Availability

Access requires an internet connection and a compatible browser. The Platform uses reasonable means to ensure availability, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption.

10. Refund

Apart from the right of withdrawal (Art. 4) and cases of non-conformity (content substantially not in conformity with its description or durably inaccessible through our fault), training courses are non-refundable.
