Music & rights — clause to accept

Version v1

Before uploading your first music track to the platform, you must accept this clause. It makes clear that the legal responsibility for the music rests with you, the practitioner.

The practitioner is solely responsible for the music they upload, select and broadcast during their sessions (online or in person). They warrant that they hold all rights and authorisations necessary for such broadcasting — both authors' rights (composers, publishers) and neighbouring rights (performers, producers) — and that they will handle any declaration or fee due to the relevant collecting societies (e.g. SABAM, SACEM, PlayRight, SIMIM, or their equivalents in the practitioner's country).

The music offered by default on the platform is provided under free licences (public domain, CC0 or Creative Commons). Where a track requires attribution, the practitioner undertakes to keep that attribution displayed during playback.

Islania Holistics' own playlists (in particular the Irisphère Harmonia treatments) are strictly private, tied solely to Islania's own sessions and covered by Islania; they are not made available to other practitioners.

Warranty and indemnification

The practitioner shall indemnify and hold harmless Islania Holistics (and Corps & Âmes) against any claim, action or demand by a rightsholder or collecting society arising from the music they use, and shall reimburse any amount (fee, damages, costs) resulting therefrom. Islania Holistics reserves the right to suspend or remove any music content subject to a complaint.
